About this project
End-to-end LATAM–India trade platform: chapters, membership, AI trade intelligence, and admin operations.
We describe what was actually built — scope, capabilities, and technology. We don't attach business metrics, revenue impact, or testimonials unless a client has approved and sourced them.

See the work, not just a description.
Where a project is public, you can open the live site directly from this page and browse it yourself — the strongest proof there is.

Public Council Website
The verified public homepage presents the council, membership intake, chapter markets, and trade-readiness positioning.

Institutional Brand System
The inspected workspace includes dedicated LATAM India council branding assets and chapter-oriented navigation.

Trade Intelligence Layer
The public project interface is reused here instead of generic dashboard imagery to keep the proof frame project-specific.

What was built
- Chapter system for regional pages, events, news, board members, and analytics
- AI trade chat, AI business matching, AI trade reports, and admin-generated market insight cards
- Membership tiers with quota-aware AI usage tracking
- Admin dashboard for users, events, posts, resources, applications, newsletter, AI usage, and audit logs
- Supabase RLS-backed database model with profiles, memberships, events, trade leads, AI reports, and usage logs
How it was built
- Runs on 17 Supabase tables with row-level security enforced throughout.
- AI calls are routed through Supabase Edge Functions so the Claude API key is never exposed in browser code.
- Ships with CI/CD workflows for linting, testing, building, and staging/production deployment gates.
