ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing this website or engaging ConsultatechAI for consulting, advisory, or technology services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES ConsultatechAI provides consulting, AI strategy, technology architecture, and organizational transformation services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All methodologies, frameworks, tools, and materials developed by ConsultatechAI prior to or independently of any client engagement remain the exclusive property of ConsultatechAI. Deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. Client data and confidential information remain the property of the client at all times. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during an engagement. ConsultatechAI will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent. Clients may request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before engagement begins. 5. PAYMENT TERMS Fees are invoiced as specified in each engagement agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by Brazilian law (Lei n.º 10.406/2002 — Código Civil). 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ConsultatechAI's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil. 8. AMENDMENTS ConsultatechAI reserves the right to update these terms.
